If I do not like my item when it arrives, can I get a refund or exchange it?

If you received the item and changed your mind, you can return it for a refund or exchange. We allow up to 14 days from the delivery date and accept returns that are in their original and unused condition. Any signs of alteration or being worn/used, it can no longer be accepted for return or exchange.

If you purchased an item with original factory tape, plastic protectors, and stickers they must be intact and never removed in order for us to accept a return or exchange. Any original box and all paperwork must be intact and in the same condition.

You must email our customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) as no returns will be accepted without authorization. RMA #'s are valid up to the end of the 14-day return period.

If I change my mind after placing an order, can I cancel it?

If we have not already shipped your items, we will attempt to cancel or modify your order to the best of our ability. If this is successful, we will then email you a confirmation.

Return shipment costs

For return shipments, you have two options:

Self-send: You can choose to handle the shipping yourself. We recommend that you send the item back via insured, traceable means such as FedEx or UPS. Otherwise, the risk of loss is yours. Please retain all shipping receipts for your records.


Baum & Co Shipping: We can provide an  insured FedEx shipping label for a return shipping and handling fee (within the contiguous EU):

  • £35 for items under $10,000
  • £50 for items over $10,000

US/ Overseas returns

International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties & VAT charges associated with the return.

International customers are responsible for their own shipping and insurance.

How long will my refund take?

We will do our best to process the refund in a timely manner. However, please allow 2 weeks for processing any refunds associated with either returns or exchanges.


Why do you offer limited quantities on some items?

We offer limited quantities because our platform only offers past-season/rest overstocks sourced directly from the brands. Please note that we suggest finalizing your purchase as soon as possible since it’s rare that we restock the same item.

How to request a return?

We offer a 14-day return policy counting from the day you receive your parcel. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep these guidelines in mind:
Ship the return back within 14 days of receiving your order, and make sure to use a shipping method with an active tracking number.
Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services, and such returns will be declined.

What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?

In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the end-customer is required to send photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days after delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once received back.

We will accept the return of undamaged loose stones or in-stock jewelry that has not been worn, used, or sized.

For a full refund or exchange, merchandise must be sent within 30 days of receipt, in its original condition and the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase and a laboratory report if you received one. We charge a shipping and handling fee of £36. You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning items.

Independent laboratory certificates from GIA, EGL, AGS, HRD, IGI, and others are obtainable for all diamonds and colored gemstones.
This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss, and theft.

TAX / Duties

We do not collect international taxes and duties. These additional amounts will be collected by the delivery company once your package arrives and in accordance with your country rules.
